Approach

Design & Development

In addition to our Explore and Accelerate phases, we also have the "Shape" phase. This is where the concrete realization of websites, configurators, and other custom web applications takes place. We have already developed numerous configurators, webshops, and websites for various organizations. For each project, we assemble an expert team consisting of a project manager, a designer, and front- and backend developers.

Design & Development

Design

Before we start coding a configurator, website, or any other type of web application, our designers dive into the creative process. They explore various creative options and work on defining the overall look and feel of the project. Developing wireframes is a crucial part of this process, as it highlights the structure and foundation of the design. Our designers closely collaborate with our development team to ensure that the designs are not only visually appealing but also functional and user-friendly.

Development

Once the design process is complete, our development team begins building the product. They transform the design into a fully functioning web application. While the designers focus on aesthetics and user-friendliness, our developers concentrate on technical aspects such as performance, security, and scalability. Our team ensures that the application not only meets current requirements but is also flexible enough to easily integrate future developments.

Iterative work

The execution of our design and development projects follows an iterative process, divided into multiple sprints. During a sprint, the tasks are fixed. Any changes are reviewed by both the project manager and the client and included in the next sprint or future versions. We integrate elements of Scrum, such as daily stand-ups and retrospectives, but we adapt them to seamlessly fit our workflow.
